19 July – 1 August 2023 in Germany, organised by QP Consult.
Overview of the training
The training consists of 3 blocks.
The first block lasting four days aimed at creating the conceptual basis for allowing a deeper experience of the methodology in the following part of the training.
It addressed the following program elements:
* Group Building
* Intro to the specific outdoor methodology applied to mindfulness
* Use of the natural environment and getting to know the area around the venue as example
* Development of attitudes such as resilience, compassion and flexibility through outdoor methodology.
The second block – lasting four days – provides a real experience of the applied methodology.
It is about spending considerable time alone in the forest to strengthen capacities of mindfulness, dealing with challenges and pursuing intentions with clarity.
It also involves the ability to develop a vision/intention for the coming phase in life – explored through various outdoor exercises.
The third block – lasting 4 days – provides activities supporting the integration of all the experiences in nature.
The methods used are storytelling, journaling, role-plays and heartfelt dialogue.
