Inclusive leadership deepening: Sabaudia / Italy, 20 – 25 October 2025

 The aim of inclusive leadership is to create, change and innovate
whilst balancing everybody’s needs.

Inclusive leaders embody a leadership approach that appreciates diversity, invites and welcomes everyone’s individual contribution, and encourages full engagement with the processes of decision-making and shaping reality. In this course we invite you to challenge your own leadership-approach.

You will learn what we understand by inclusive leadership and you have an opportunity to explore, what it means in your own Environment

The course creates an opportunity to experience, reflect upon and broaden the knowledge, competences and skills related to inclusive leadership. In detail participants will

• gain knowledge on the Inclusive Leadership approach
• learn about the 5 pillars of Inclusive Leadership
• find out about the 4 developing areas: Practicing self-awareness, Living a shared vision, Building relationships and Creating change
• gain knowledge on the stereotypes, the prejudices and the mechanisms of exclusion and stereotyping;
• reinforce the skills to define the inclusive and excluding behaviors;
• reinforce the competences to practice inclusive behaviors;
• reinforce self-awareness, as well as the awareness of the impact they have on other people;
• raising awareness of the stereotypes and prejudices one have;
• experience the areas of development and learn how to apply these skills in the professional and personal context.

Target Group

With this course we reach out to School-directors, teachers, and trainers, who are leading small or big teams within the school, university or any pedagogic context.

Approach

The 6-day-training offers the opportunity to look at your own leadership approach. You will be involved in personal and group experiences, based above all on the experiential learning and reflective practice methodological approaches. Additionally you learn different tools, which give you the opportunity to dig deep in your leadership behavior and give you the chance to reflect on your work. The course consists of a mix of short theoretical inputs, concrete exercises, group discussions and individual reflection moments.

In the Inclusive Leadership Deepening we will touch the concept of Inclusive Leadership and then explore deeper how you can become an inclusive Leader. In Sabaudia we will use the outdoor – beach and nature – to delve into your personal leadership journey.

The course has been inspired by the work of Howard Gardner, Daniel Goleman, Jon and Myla Kabat-Zinn, Otto Scharmer and Frederik Laloux.

Your contribution

Course fees for the 6 day seminar are 520,- Euros per person, including tuition material. We can offer a reducation if you sign up until end of June 2025.

The seminar will be on-site: Therefore we have created a package including accommodation  for 5 nights in single rooms, 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks during the training days. The course will take place at this training venue.

Accommodation in La Baia D’Oro in Sabaudia:

The venue is called LA BAIA D’ORO and is located in Sabaudia in Italy, about one and a half hour drive south of Rome. Sabaudia, immersed in the verdant bushes of the Circeo National Park. It rises between the beautiful seaside dunes and the warm clear waters of Lake of Paola at the slope of the Circeo peak.

The venue has access to the lake and has many bungalows placed in a beautiful garden, each of which has twin or single rooms where you will be accommodated. The breakfast is served on the patio next to the reception. Fragrant artisanal croissants, traditional homemade crumbly tarts, fresh local fruit and tasty scrambled eggs are the special treats for body and Soul.

The course is eligible for KA1 mobility of learners (School, Vocational Training and Adult Education), in the framework of the Erasmus+ program of the European Union.

Frame: This training will be accompanied by Irene Rojnik and Angelica Paci. We accept  12 participants to the training.
