Julia is a systemic coach, facilitator, and trainer. She uses experiential, embodied and reflective methods as well as different methods of visualization in her work to open as many pathways and possibilities to participants as possible. She has always had a keen interest and drive for connecting cultures and holding space for people to grow.
Julia is a certified Communication Trainer (WIFI Süd) and has completed the Via Experientia International Academy for Experiential Education. Her professional experience includes project management in the metal-working industry, tax consulting and auditing as well as nearly 13 years working in an international non-profit organisation ( SOS Children’s Villages).
She has been working free-lance as a facilitator, adult educator and psychosocial advisor since 2017, collaborating with various non-profit and for-profit organisations across Europe, and with organisations in sport and education (AFS Intercultural Programs, CMAS and Austrian Underwater Rugby Commission).
As a member of ALP, Julia has been and is part of various EU projects, and involved in an initiative to further spread the inclusive leadership approach in the world.
She speaks German (mother tongue), English, Italian, Spanish and French, as well as basic Greek, Croatian, and Dari.
